About the marketplace

DealWheelz helps people explore used cars and bikes listed by private sellers and dealers in Jammu & Kashmir, review available vehicle details and contact the relevant seller. Our address is Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir.

These terms describe use of the website and app. They do not replace a vehicle sale agreement, lender agreement, insurance policy or ownership-transfer requirements between the relevant parties.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. Use only an account you are entitled to access. Tell us if you suspect misuse. Dealer business information should accurately represent the business and the person authorised to manage its profile.

Creating and maintaining listings

List a vehicle only if you own it or have the owner's permission to sell it. Describe the vehicle, its condition, mileage, location, ownership, price and available records accurately. Use photographs you are entitled to share and avoid personal or confidential information in them.

Do not post stolen vehicles, misleading claims, fake documents, impersonation, unlawful content or spam. Update material information when it changes and mark the vehicle sold or remove its listing when it is no longer available.

Listings may be reviewed before publication under the existing account/listing process. A published listing or an approved dealer profile does not itself guarantee the vehicle's condition, legal title or completeness of documents.

Understanding checks and verification

A verified listing does not automatically mean a full physical inspection has been completed. Checks and available records vary by vehicle. Review the specific listing, ask what was checked and when, and request supporting records.

Before buying, compare the vehicle with its description and review applicable registration, ownership, loan, insurance and other records. Arrange a suitable inspection or independent advice where needed. Example inspection photographs explain a type of check; they are not evidence about every listed vehicle.

No universal inspection, warranty, insurance, title guarantee or refund programme is promised by these terms. Any separately offered service must be described through its own applicable written terms.

Contact, enquiries and vehicle transactions

Contact buttons may open phone, WhatsApp or email applications. Enquiry information is used to support the relevant buyer/seller contact. External communications are also subject to the relevant provider's terms.

Confirm the seller's identity, the vehicle and the available documents before committing to a transaction. Agree the price, payment, delivery and transfer responsibilities with the relevant seller in writing. Protect your credentials and verify payment instructions independently.

Payments and fees

DealWheelz does not collect payments or fees through the website. The website does not provide a payment checkout or escrow arrangement. Any payment agreed directly with a seller is separate from website use.

Do not treat an enquiry, phone call or WhatsApp button as a reservation or payment confirmation. Any future paid website service would need clear terms and pricing before it is introduced.

Prices, estimates and guides

Listing prices are supplied for the vehicle being offered. Confirm the final price and any applicable charges with the seller. Valuation ranges and EMI illustrations are informational estimates, based on displayed assumptions. They are not a purchase offer, guaranteed selling price, loan approval or lender quotation.

Guides provide general information. Requirements, fees and procedures may change; confirm current requirements with the relevant authority or qualified adviser. Nothing here removes a person's rights under applicable law.

Content and acceptable use

You remain responsible for content you provide. You authorise DealWheelz to store and display that content as needed to provide the marketplace and review your listing.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or use other people's information unlawfully. We may review or restrict content/accounts through the existing moderation process where necessary to address misuse or legal obligations.

Removal and retention

Our vehicle-data policy is to delete vehicle data 30 days after a vehicle is sold or removed by the user.

Availability, problems and disputes

Service availability and listing information can change. If you find incorrect information or suspect misuse, contact DealWheelz with the relevant listing details. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every seller-provided detail is correct.

These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable Indian law and do not exclude mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
